The service
Cairnel monitors named UK grid-connected projects and delivers change alerts to subscribers. Cairnel provides intelligence only — it is not legal, financial, planning or investment advice. Missing evidence is not adverse evidence: where Cairnel has not confirmed a change, it does not report one.
Subscription tiers
- Monitor — £3,600/year. Up to 20 named projects, weekly change digest.
- Adviser — £7,200/year. Unlimited named projects, daily alerts, PDF fact sheets per project.
- Enterprise — from £15,000/year. Bespoke coverage, custom terms.
Early access
The service is in early access. Coverage is subject to source availability and is stated on the website; it expands only after new coverage has been verified. Cairnel does not guarantee coverage of any specific project, event type, or geography beyond what is currently disclosed.
Payment
Subscriptions are paid annually via Stripe. VAT will be added where applicable.
Cancellation
Cancel by written notice to hello@cairnel.co.uk. No refunds are given for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Service availability
Cairnel provides the service on a best-efforts basis. The engine runs on scheduled intervals and alerts are sent after each run completes. Cairnel does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Limitation of liability
Cairnel's liability arising from the subscription is limited to the subscription fee paid by the subscriber in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
